CNV-SFP-100M-RJ45 (SFP) transceivers are cost-effective modules compatible with Gigabit Ethernet and 100BASE-T standards as specified in IEEE 802.3-2002 and IEEE 802.3ab, which support data rate of 100Mbps up to 100 meters range over unshielded twisted pair Category 5 cable. The module supports 100 Mbps full duplex data connections with 5-level Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) signals. All four pairs in the cable are used with a symbol rate of 250 Mbps on each pair. The module provides standard serial ID information compatible with the SFP MSA. The physical IC can also be obtained via 2wire serial bus at address ACh.
